ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಾಂಗೀಯ ದ್ವೇಷ, ಅವಾಚ್ಯ, ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ಮತ್ತು ಧರ್ಮನಿಂದಕ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇಸ್ಲಾಂ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಿಂದಿಸಿರುವ ಪುನೀತ್ ಕೆರೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಲು @DgpKarnataka ರವರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಂತ ಒಂದು ಇದೆಯ? ಕಾನೂನು, ಪೊಲೀಸು ಅಂತ ಒಂದು ಇದೆಯ? ಅಥವಾ ಸತ್ತು ಹೋಗಿದ್ಯ?
2013ರಿಂದ ಈ ವರೆಗೆ 10 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನೀತ್ ಕೆರೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಮೇಲಿಂದ‌ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಈತನ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ‌ ಕದಡುವ ಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಆರೋಪ ಈತನ ಮೇಲಿದೆ. ಪುನೀತ್ ಕೆರೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಡಿಜೆ ಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಬೇಗೂರು, ಕಗ್ಗಲಿಪುರ, ಹಲಸೂರು ಗೇಟ್, ಚಾಮರಾಜಪೇಟೆ, ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿ, ಮಳವಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾತನೂರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಠಾಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿವೆ.
ಕೊಲೆ, ಕೊಲೆಯತ್ನ, ದೊಂಬಿ, ಪ್ರಾಣ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಈತ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿವೆ. ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಕೆರೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗಷ್ಟೇ ಜಾಮೀನು ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಡುಗೆಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ. ಜಾಮೀನು ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಂಡ ಬಳಿಕ ತನ್ನ ಹಳೇ ಚಾಳಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ್ದ.
ಪುನೀತ್ ಕೆರೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ಅನ್ನುವ ತಲೆಹಿಡುಕ, ರೌಡಿ ಶೀಟರ್ ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಚಿವ @BZZameerAhmedK ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವಾಚ್ಯ, ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ಮತ್ತು ಧರ್ಮನಿಂದಕ ಪದಗಳಿಂದ ಬಯ್ಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇಸ್ಲಾಂ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಿಂದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆದರೂ @siddaramaiah ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೈಕಟ್ಟಿ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಥರ್ಡ್ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ರೋಲ್ ಕಾಲ್ ರೌಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆದರುವ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಇಂತಹ ಹೇಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಈವರೆಗೆ ನಾವೆಂದೂ ನೋಡಿಲ್ಲ.
@DrParameshwara ಅವರೇ, ನೀವು ಗೃಹಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪುಡಿರೌಡಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲ ಕೆಟ್ಟದಾಗಿ ಮಆಟನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ನೀವು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಮನೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಿರಿ.

I urge @DgpKarnataka to immediately file a case and arrest Puneeth Kerehalli, who has used racial hatred, abusive, obscene, and religiously offensive language on social media, and has also insulted Islam. Is there even a government in this state? Is there law and order, or has it completely collapsed?

Since 2013, Puneeth Kerehalli has been involved in more than 10 criminal cases. Multiple charges have been filed against him, and he is accused of attempting to disrupt peace in society. Cases against Puneeth Kerehalli have been registered in various police stations, including DJ Halli, Begur, Kaggallipura, Halasuru Gate, Chamarajpet, Electronic City, Malavalli, and Sathnur.

He faces accusations of involvement in murder, attempted murder, dacoity, and extortion. Puneeth Kerehalli, who had previously been jailed in a murder case, was recently released on bail. After his release, he resumed his criminal activities.

Puneeth Kerehalli, a notorious rowdy and troublemaker, has been using abusive, obscene, and religiously offensive language against the state's minister @BZZameerAhmedK. He has also insulted Islam. Despite this, the @siddaramaiah government is sitting idle. How can we call a government that is afraid of such third-rate rowdies a functioning government? We have never seen such a cowardly government before.

@DrParameshwara, if, as the Home Minister, you are unable to take action against a criminal who is insulting one of your own ministers, then you should resign and go home.

ಸಚಿವ @dineshgrao ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿ ತಬಸ್ಸುಮ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ "ಅರ್ಧ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಅವರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ "ಎಂದು ಕರೆದ ದೇಶ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೀಳು ಅಭಿರುಚಿಯ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಕೆಂಡವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ @BasanagoudaBJP ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಜಾಮೀನು ರಹಿತ ಬಂಧನ ವಾರೆಂಟ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು.
ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಆಗಿರುವ @utkhader ರವರು ಯತ್ನಾಳ್ ರವರನ್ನು ಶಾಸಕ ಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಲು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಬಿಜಾಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಕರೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

The leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, @RahulGandhi, has not only made derogatory remarks against the Chief Minister of the state, @siddaramaiah, and the Minority Welfare and Waqf Minister @BZZameerAhmedK, but has also insulted the holy religion of Islam and the Muslim community, attempting to incite communal discord through his statements against the communalist Basanagouda Patil Yatnal. An FIR has been filed at the Gandhi Chowk police station in Vijayapura; yet, the @INCKarnataka government is hesitating to arrest Yatnal.

The High Court has condemned the anti-national and derogatory statement made by Minister @dineshgrao's wife, describing it as "half Pakistan is in their home," and the special court for public representatives has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against @BasanagoudaBJP.

Therefore, I urge the honorable Speaker of the Assembly, @utkhader, to disqualify Yatnal from his legislative position and direct the government to arrest him and send him to jail immediately. Otherwise, we will have to call for a massive protest in Bijapur.

In the premises of the Hazrat Hamid Shah Complex in Cubbon Pet, Bengaluru, a multi-floor parking building was inaugurated at an estimated cost of 6 crores by the Honorable @BZZameerAhmedK Minister for Housing, Minorities Welfare, and Waqf of Karnataka. Hazrat Maulana Maksud Imran Sahib, the Khatib and Imam of City Jamia Masjid, offered prayers during the event. The stage was also graced by Anwar Bhasha, Chairman of the Waqf Board, Abdul MAJEED , State President of SDPI, former Waqf Board Chairman Maulana Shafi Shahdi, G. A. The police of Badami Town, Bagalkote district, have brutally assaulted a youth named Syed Bhasha for allegedly posting a pro-Palestine status. This is unacceptable and inhumane. Who has given the Badami police the authority to carry out such violence? Is this what we expect from so-called people-friendly police as claimed by @DgpKarnataka?

I urge the respected @SpBagalkote to immediately file a suo motu case against the responsible officers and suspend them from duty.
