I'm encouraging all Arizona homeowners to sign up for the state's new alert system to safeguard against deed fraud. The system alerts property owners before a real estate transaction involving their property is finalized and recorded. https://t.co/mtod0lB1WI
Rest in peace, @DollyParton. You showed how much positivity one person can bring to others, both with your spirit and through actions. America, and the world, will always love you.
My office is in communication with Chairman Jose. The federal government should not bulldoze over tribal sovereignty. DHS needs to de-escalate and consult with the Tohono O’odham Nation to address their concerns—not force its way through tribal lands. https://t.co/fnHq7Sk3Dy
I'm deeply saddened by the loss of Randy Lupe, who died while helping fight the Frijoles Fire. He gave everything while protecting others. My heart is with his family, his crew, and the entire San Carlos Apache community who are mourning his loss.

Thank you to everyone who joined us including Representative Cavero in West Phoenix this morning for a very informative discussion of affordable child care!
I’m proud to announce the largest settlement for Arizona since the opioid settlement— and the largest ever with a tech company. This is a huge win for Arizona and our kids. We CAN hold tech companies accountable
Dolly was such a ray of light and love. She changed the lives of so many with her music and her philanthropy. Thousands of kids know the love of reading because of her. She was a gift to the world. May she rest in peace.
In Arizona, mail-in voting is safe and secure. This administration must stop their partisan attacks on our voting rights. I will continue standing up for free and fair elections so every eligible Arizonan can have their voice heard at the ballot box.
Today's ruling was procedural. The Supreme Court did not decide whether this executive order is legal, it lifted an injunction while the case continues. Make no mistake: this fight is far from over. States run their own elections. Not the Postal Service. Not the President.
#BREAKING NEWS: The two Phoenix officers under criminal investigation for a violent, unreported traffic stop have been arrested, sources tell ABC15. https://t.co/YHvtm6IWnK
Farmworkers contribute far more than their hard labor; through generations of courage, creativity, and community, they have helped shape Arizona’s history and identity. Today, I am proud to proclaim Farmworkers Day in Arizona to honor these contributions, which are woven into the very fabric of our state and foundational to our prosperity, vitality, and spirit.
“Phoenix police officers who weren't in official uniform are alleged to have accosted a couple and forced their way into their vehicle before attacking them with fists and a stun gun without providing a reason for the stop”
@CatherineSenate@CaveroforAZ & I are demanding answers
In Southern Arizona, our roads need a ton of work - both major streets and neighborhoods.
Most road funding is local, so I went directly to the jurisdictions managing the work for "Info to Know" about upcoming road work in the eastern part of District 17.
I hope it's helpful!
