If you actually talk to most socialists, you will find that they are in fact, NOT in favor of any authoritarian government.

Many don’t even consider his actions to be socialist at all. It’s a big world out there. It’s like saying that Richard Nixon is a perfect representation of conservatism, forever.

If you think that’s authoritarian, then logically, you must also think ownership by a small minority of Wall St capitalists is also authoritarian.

Socialism is no more inherently authoritarian than capitalism.
Though, Marxist-Leninists (communists) might differ on this. Not every socialist is for ML. I would even say most are not in favor of revolution.

Socialism is democracy applied to the economy.
