@PrairiePersp@Mikey_1965@grok Sure, but when the guy making statements about our immigration problem is running a country that has triple our immigration he shouldn’t be throwing stones.
@BlueJayEnjoyer@Cease2Kirk That game honestly shouldn’t have come down to Hoffman with a one run lead. Jays had multiple opportunities with runners on third and less than two outs throughout that game and should have blown it open.
@_kevinagustin RH corner OF to go with Lukes/Barger
SP, I don’t want to go into spring training with Arrighetti as the SP5. Would love Skubal, but need to see what the CBA says
A healthy Santander, or a slugging DH.
At least one more leverage bullpen arm.
@EricLDaugh Belarus doesn’t produce the amount of Potash that the US imports from Canada.
The Belarusian stuff isn’t quite as good as the Canadian product.
What you save in the product will be eaten by transport costs and then their’s the issues associated with Atlantic freight
@Bluejaysmemes I’m very much of the mind that retired numbers should be very exclusive. If they want to limit it to HoF then I’m fine with it.
That being said, Stieb is one of, if not the biggest, HoF snub there is.
Delgado is tough. great 6 year peak 5 over 4.5 WAR. But otherwise HoVG
@LeafsTruths@JohnnyGiunta_ Miles has thrown more innings this season already than he did 2022-2025 combined.
I get that every game matters, and I hate how much pitchers are babied now a days, but in this specific case I get the reasoning.
@sharpedgepicks@MarshaIIZach Miles didn’t throw Monday because he threw 44 pitches on Saturday, and has thrown about the same amount of innings this year then he did in 2022-2025 combined.
@annabootsma26@maddiecholette Vlad had a 354/438/469 slash line going in to the May 1 game. I’m thinking he tweaked something around that time and it’s screwed with his swing ever since.
@MKjuma19@citchmook I’m using them as a duo example. Celebrini’s a much better two way player than Bedard ever will be. And I already said that he’s better offensively than Toews was.
@Damon98_ I’m good with Vlad, Okamoto, Giminez, Smith and Clement as the 5 IF.
They need a RH corner OF, Seiya is my preferred option.
Was willing to assume that Santander would be healthy going forward but not looking likely. So a slugging DH, maybe one that could cover corner IF
@MarkMcD33489186@KeeganMatheson Went from no hitter to down 3-2 in 15 pitches. No manager in baseball is going to have somebody warming up to start that inning consisering Soriano was under 70 pitches going into the inning and you can’t stall anymore to help the bullpen get ready. .
@maddiecholette What do you do differently? It’s easy to say it’s on the manager without explaining how.
Soriano went from potential no hitter to giving up 3 with a runner on second in 15 pitches.
Fluharty, Rogers and Miles were all unavailable.
