@DCDPW Just throw a car cover on your vehicle, no more ROSA or any kind enforcement will take place from that point on, unless @DCPoliceDept decides to ‘investigate’ it, at which point they will just laugh at you when call them to report it.

Hi @DDOTDC and @DCDPW What is is proper procedure to report VPP misuse? Pictured pass has been used in Zone 2 parking only for weeks without enforcement and clearly states is for ANC 3C zone. cc @311DCgov
