@shriyanevatia I’m still so bad at this but when it works it’s bc I adjust based on the situation. I use a jog as an excuse to explore a new city and yoga/stretching to keep momentum without feeling like I’m overdoing it. MelissaWoodHealth is a staple when feeling low energy/PMS/postpartum.

@daisy My reason for posting was to offer that there are still people who appreciate essential biz still requiring masks bc, for instance in my case, my kid still could get it. Herd immunity helps me feel better but I don’t trust unvaxed people to mask. So I guess it’s just complicated.

@daisy She can’t wear a mask (she’s 4 mo old) and I would push back on it being performative only bc it comes from genuine urge to keep her safe. I could understand someone thinking it is over-cautious but performative? No.
