Help the shareholders and reduce costs. He hasn’t fully recovered from a massive stroke after 410 days. I know that’s shocking. I keep trying to update information, I receive threatening letters the rep won’t post to his file. Thank you for adding to my stress as a caregiver. 2/2

@MetLife for the first time in the 13 month long journey my husband has been on, after his stroke, an LTD customer service rep listened and dug deep into his file. The last 3-4 didn’t do anything. They were good at attempting to cancel his coverage. Kudos for their efforts to 1/2
