@PaywithRing I am still not able to digest it, how can your recovery agent threat the customers with "Fake arrest" warrant for defaulting last EMI due to ongoing medical emergency and it has been informed in the recovery call on the medical emergency and still I had received multiple fake warrant threats.

Stop loan harrasment.

🚨 **JUSTICE FOR VIVEK AKA RAJA JHA | SBI CARD MUST ANSWER!**

A 25-year-old life has reportedly been lost following an alleged incident of humiliation involving an SBI Credit Card recovery agent. Vivek aka Raja Jha reportedly attempted suicide on October 23, 2026, and passed away on October 26, 2026.

⚖️ **We demand:**
🔴 A fair, independent investigation into the alleged incident.
🔴 Identification of the recovery agent and the officials responsible for supervising the recovery process.
🔴 **₹1 CRORE compensation for the bereaved family**, subject to determination through the appropriate legal process.
🔴 Strict legal action against anyone found guilty.

📢 **BNS LEGAL ACCOUNTABILITY:** If the investigation establishes the necessary legal elements, the authorities should examine the applicability of relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including Section 108 (abetment of suicide), where legally supported by the evidence. No conclusion of criminal liability should be drawn before a proper investigation.

**Is debt recovery more important than human dignity and life?** Recovery must follow the law—not intimidation, humiliation, or unlawful pressure.

We demand transparency, accountability, and justice for Raja Jha's family.

🚨 THE LENDING PLATFORMS NAMED BY THE BORROWER

FastPaisa, SnapPaisa, SalarySetu, F1SpeedLoan, FundsBaba, FundsBull, TejasLoan, Toofan Loan and Paisa on Salary.

The borrower alleges extremely high borrowing costs, short repayment windows and distressing recovery practices.

We are seeking clarification from these platforms. Their individual lending terms, regulatory status and alleged conduct have not yet been independently verified.

@RBI @FinMinIndia — please examine these complaints and identify the regulated lenders, if any, operating behind these platforms.

Who is responsible when borrowers become trapped in repeated high-cost loans?

🚨 INDIA’S PAYDAY LOAN TRAP: ₹1.10 LAKH MONTHLY SALARY, YET DROWNING IN DEBT!

A 40-year-old salaried professional contacted us with a very disturbing account.

He earns ₹1.10 lakh a month. Yet within just SIX MONTHS, he says he accumulated approximately ₹14 lakh in payday loans.

How?

He alleges that some payday loan lenders (basically apps) charge 1% interest PER DAY — equivalent to 365% annually on a simple-interest basis while demanding repayment within 30 days.

He says repayment dates sometimes fall just before his salary arrives.

Unable to clear the entire amount, he takes another loan to repay the previous one.

BORROW → REPAY → BORROW AGAIN → SINK DEEPER.

He says banks have rejected his applications for a longer-term consolidation loan, leaving him struggling to escape the cycle.

What disturbed me most was his description of the emotional toll. He says six months ago he was living happily with his family. Today, he is struggling with severe financial stress and losing hope.

This is not merely a story about debt. It is a warning about how short-tenure, high-cost lending can devastate financial stability.

@RBI @FinMinIndia serious questions demand answers:

Are these lending arrangements compliant with applicable RBI rules?
Are borrowers receiving transparent disclosures of the annualised cost of credit?

Who is monitoring complaints of coercive recovery and misuse of borrowers’ personal data?

What effective remedies exist for people trapped in repeated loan rollovers?

A stable salary should not become a gateway to financial ruin.

The borrower has requested anonymity, which we are respecting.

🚨 INSIDE THE DEADLY LOAN APP SCAM: FROM ₹27K TO CYBER-EXTORTION 🚨

What starts as a quick 7-day loan quickly turns into a lethal trap of blackmail and mental torture. Here is how these illegal apps operate to destroy lives:

• Predatory Interest: Borrowing ₹27,000 means being forced to repay ₹45,000 on just the 6th day. That is a massive ₹18,000 interest fee in 6 days—an astronomical 11.11% daily interest or 4,055% APR!

• Data Scraping & Auto-Renewal: The moment you download the app, it secretly steals your entire contact list and gallery photos, locking you into endless fake auto-renewal cycles.

• Photo Morphing: Recovery agents morph your personal photos into explicit, nude images.

• Public Humiliation: They blast-send these morphed pictures to your family, friends, and co-workers, and relentlessly call your contact list using severe verbal abuse.

The extreme fear of humiliation and public embarrassment is driving innocent victims to end their lives. This is not banking—it is cyber-crime.

Urgent action is needed to trace developer IDs and permanently purge these killer apps from app stores. Stay away!
