@Uber_Support @Uber you responded to my complaint about the way customer support cases are worked with a generic ask raise a case. I already have one - no one is responding to it. Can you offer actual support? Escalate this?

[Bartek B @bartekb]

@Uber I left luggage in an Uber in Cracow. The app will not allow me to contact the driver so I needed to raise a support case. Nothing happened for more than 24h even though you claim that’s a timeframe to resolve. I can’t call you and there’s no escalation option #fail #uber

@Tomasz_Walczak Post o Superlidze bez wymieniania jej z nazwy.

@estera_flieger @Tomasz_Walczak Wow, czasy i strony sie zmieniają, mechanizmy zostają te same.

@RosamundUrwin Huge congrats! Back in April, I got to the hospital too late but later was a very rare case of partner on post natal ward. Another angle - Register Offices. Some are closed, eg Lambeth one so I can get a pint but I can’t get my 3m old son any documents as birth cert are on hold.

[Bartek B @bartekb]

@lewis_goodall is reopening of administrative offices part of government plans? Register Offices are closed, do not issue birth certificates. Not the hardest place for #SocialDistancing. Yet there’s no plan to allow my child to get any document but I can get a pint. #lockdown
