@British_Airways you cancelled my 6pm flight and couldn’t offer only offer me 12 or 10pm, both don’t work. When I called your customer service, they said they couldn’t book me onto available 5-7pm alternative I could see, saying it’s overbooked but I can book these? Illegal no?
