@AAGDhillon@CivilRights In light of recent NFA rule changes. Please tell the AG to do an NFA amnesty for remaining items that are still enforced under the NFA. Especially stuff that is C&R eligible
@Shadzey1@DoomerTapes@Shadzey1 One thing that currently needs to be promoted before we even get Hughes out of the way of promoting an NFA amnesty. The AG can do one without congressional approval. As we know there are a lot of unregistered MGs out there especially old stuff.
I thought this part of the document was very interesting. The Attorney General has the legal power to declare an NFA amnesty. I hope they are considering or planning one for old machineguns/DEWATs not registered in 68 at the very least
More people need to talk about this.
➡️ATF has published an Open Letter and FAQ on NFA transfers of short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, suppressors (silencers), and “any other weapons.”
➡️Still required: 4473s, NICS checks, compliance with state/local laws, and Form 20s for interstate transport of SBRs/SBSs.
