Existence itself is a miracle - the rest is science.
There is no single meaning to existence - if there were, we’d be slaves to it.
Within existence, there are rules of logic and science. If it was magic, the world would be un-navigable.
Truly the best of all possible worlds.

Two years ago, @VictorWBoyd and @robonafisi bought a used forklift and a shed to build the first autonomous forklift.
It's now built to move everything without humans.
Here's their story:
My friend Ben Wilson got diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and has 4 young children.
He's fighting hard, and has an amazing attitude, but if any of you have enjoyed his podcasts or are fans of My First Million (he was the OG producer), please consider donating to his GoFundMe.
Also, if any of you know how to get him access to clinical trials for neuroendocrine cancer, please reach out to him.
Wise words from Ben Wilson:
"I actually don't think live like you are dying is very helpful advice. Live like you are living. Live like you got your whole life in front of you, and just be your strongest, healthiest, and best self.
Everything that I have told you is just more and more confirmed to me. Try to take over the world.
Try to accomplish everything that you can in this life. Use your strength to its greatest ends that you can.
Everyone dies. Rich people, wealthy people. Julius Caesar's dead. Alexander the Great is dead. Achilles is dead. My grandpa is dead.
It's not that romantic. I'm not that special because I'm dying. It's actually one of the most common, unremarkable facts of life,
I have a family that I love very much. I have four wonderful children and a tremendously supportive wife.
I have found my vocation in life, my calling. I have loved being a podcaster and speaking to all of you and sharing what I have learned. And so I would just say, don't let death catch you unprepared."

Ben caught a raw deal: He has stage 4 cancer and he has 4 small children at home. Watch the video he made and please help in any way you can — including helping spread the word:
I’m reading a book that’s so depressing that it has made me happy.
Its called 4000 Weeks. 4000 weeks is roughly the average human life.
The premise of the book is:
1. We’ll all die any minute now.
2. Time efficiency hacks just make you more busy.
3. Accept you can do very few things in life and commit to only a few things.
The last thing on commitment, I think is the most important:
“And not only should you settle: ideally, you should settle in a way that makes it harder to back out, such as moving in together, or getting married, or having a child.
The great irony of all our efforts to avoid facing finitude - to carry on believing that it might be possible not to have to choose between mutually exclusive options - is that when people finally do choose, in a relatively irreversible way, they're usually much happier as a result.
We'll do almost anything to avoid burning our bridges, to keep alive the fantasy of a future unconstrained by limitation, yet having burned them, we're generally pleased that we did so.”
8 months ago, we shipped the first Pocket. Today, 100,000 people use it to be present in their most important conversations.
Grateful to have @Accel, @peakxvpartners, @ycombinator, @rauchg, @mati, and @nejatian behind us for what comes next.
Scott Wu is one of the most impressive young founders I’ve spent time with. Reminds me of a young Bill Gates in the book Hard Drive. Highly recommend listening to this:
I've dictated almost everything for 6 months with Wispr Flow. 44,414 words, 161 wpm, top 0.1% of users.
Last week I tried FluidVoice. Open source, runs local on my Mac, corrects as I speak with no API key, and handles slang better than I expected.
Cancelled my paid plan. If you're on a Mac, this one's for you: https://t.co/tCij9UroGs

My favorite thing @om wrote was actually an interview with Brunello Cucinelli in 2015. And to this day, I think it’s the single best thing you can read on running a business. Better than any book, better than any article.
