AT ablated from NCC. Initial map showed earliest activation that was parahisian. This was cautiously targeted without termination. Subsequent map including the aortic cusp shows true earliest site of activation. Ablation here resulted in termination. #EPeeps #dylansdynasty

@KhacThienChuong We considered it certainly .. I never attempted to do any entrainment maneuvers or resetting curves to prove mechanism however. I think it’s possible maybe if I got more points around that area that I could have shown possible a small microreentey circuit.

@KhacThienChuong I agree, I treated it as a focal at. Interestingly ablation in the NCC was not very far away from where we could also get his signals on our ablation catheter . The second activation map shows his signal that we noted from the ablation Catheter whil in the aortic root.

@syamkumarmd Yes .. fossa was about -35msec Pre p .. non coronary cusp we were about -50msec Pre p. I think the second activation map shows that nicely ( obviously without the raw numbers).

@appelbaum_jason @DrAJRestrepo I’m not sure ventricular entrainment response helps you here. If your assuming this is a wct any ventricular arrhythmia can have a pseudo vaav response... you really need atrial entrainment for this to see it’s response.

Although both pretty hard right now to get. Likely decide on the console that most of his (or yours) friends would have so that it can be cross comparable in gaming.
