@USPSHelp called the east austin USPS number (512-494-1721) to report a broken mailbox that you own that’s been broken for over a year. Rings 10 times and goes to voicemail which is full. Tried several times. You can’t make this shit up. #BadCX #CX #CustomerExperience

@AskCapitalOne I was preapproved on for a CC and submitted proof of identity on 4/13, which you didnt approve until4/19. It took y’all 9 days to ship my card out which was today, 4/28. But then you say it will arrive on 5/3. 3 weeks to get a CC in 2023? Is that a good experience?
