@Proudofstroud @GOVUK I got my refund today for 2 tests ordered on 15th, as I paid via PayPal I raised a claim and got the money back. Could be an option if you paid this way. It is a shambles and they are still on the list...so bad.

Am on the same day of isolation too and think it’s unrealistic to get a result back before day 10 now anyway. I’d imagine the lab have a useless turnaround time too

@Halo_Screening Am trying to cancel the transaction directly via my bank, im sorry but waiting 3 days for a dispatch is defeating the object of the system. My quarentine is finishing on Tue anyway and I doubt the result would be back before then. Scam written all over it.
