@northernassist please can you put posters up at unmanned train stations along the rose hill line to inform people (especially the elderly) that this service will not be running from September onwards? You should have considered this upon announcement

It is NOT safe to have people running through crowds to catch trains, can I ask why you are not allowed to pass through the barrier into the main hallway when you have 1 minute to catch a train on platform 1/2?

@NetworkRailMAN i completely understan the one way system at Piccadilly, but it would be a good idea to reassess the route to trains on platforms 1/2 etc. I’ve just ran into someone trying to catch a train because I wasn’t allowed to walk through calmly. 1/2
