A Govt-backed campaign has been launched to tell how bad its for the power sector if middle class people install solar panels to avoid Rs62 per unit electricity cost. It’s a shameful act. Instead of apologizing to people for wrong power policies, the Govt is now making moves to discourage solars.
The Govt has a problem with middle class people recovering solar investment in three years. But it takes pride for offering more lucrative incentives to foreigners. Not only that people are forced to install these solars because of the past stupid policies. What a joke with the nation.
Why anyone should pay Rs17 per unit for idle capacity payments. And the irony is the Govt has requested Saudi Arabia to install two more power plants of 1920 MW and then it tells people how bad private solar panels are for power sector. Have a heart please 🙏🙏🙏🙏
