@nib95_ Bro, Greeks are Europeans—yes, actual Europeans. Just because we Southern European folks can slap on some sunscreen and come back looking like bronze gods doesn't mean Hollywood gets to cast Sub-Saharan Africans as Helen of Troy.
Forget Zendaya.
Forget Lupita Nyong'o.
Forget Ellen Page.
My biggest problem with Nolan's Odyssey is the idea that any man would ever escape from fucking Charlize Theron on a private island to get back home to *checks notes* Anne Hathaway.
@everymovieandtv Hold up — Sinners had a $100 million production budget… and that’s before marketing? You’re joking, right? So you’re telling me this thing flopped harder than a drunk penguin trying to ice skate? 🤣
@YellowFlashGuy PlayStation ponies have been riding that brand loyalty dick since the original PS1 like it's their religion. And yet the 'worst-selling' PS3 still whooped the Xbox 360's ass worldwide.
So I originally gave the Xbox Showcase a 8.5. Now that shit is a 5.5.
To purposely show off games that you know will not come out because you have no intention of releasing them is crazy’s
Ya people who spent money to fly and see that shit show got robbed.
@ZNxarhuni@GamingGrifter Darling, be a hero and disappear into the sunset… preferably while fucking yourself. You’re serving zero talent, negative skills, and the kind of energy that makes participation trophies look like Olympic gold.
@madcap412 PlayStation's out here raw-dogging the competition with GTA 6, Xbox is deader than a Nokia flip phone, and PC gamers are just standing in the corner like 'I have 17 Steam sales.😭
In May 2013, in the peaceful Boland town of Wellington, elderly couple Daan Rousseau, 71, and his wife Erka, 70, were brutally murdered in their own home on Charon Street.
These were kind, retired people who lived quietly, attended church services regularly, and enjoyed their morning walks. They were found dead in their bedroom with their hands tied behind their backs and plastic bags wrapped over their heads. Police suspect they were strangled and suffocated. Nothing much was taken except Erka’s handbag and the couple’s cellphones.
Their eldest son Pierre had spoken to his father that morning about picking up his dog. When he arrived, no one answered. After failed attempts to reach them and concerns from Erka’s church congregation, the family called the police. The couple’s son Siegfried, who flew down from Johannesburg, stood outside their home holding back tears, asking, “Why would anyone do this to a sweet, defenseless old couple?” He said the criminals took away his parents’ basic right to live, and even an arrest wouldn’t bring real justice.
Daan and Erka had three sons; Pierre, Siegfried, and Wouter, and three grandchildren.
How many more elderly White South Africans have to be tied up, suffocated, and slaughtered in their own homes? These vulnerable pensioners did nothing to deserve this horror.
