@CarpetrightHelp You are not comparable to Homebase. They really do sell building materials, the flooring they sell is incidental. IKEA sells flooring but they are closed can you see the difference? . You could provide your service online not open your stores to the public. So irresponsible

We could all provide socially distanced instore solutions but that’s not allowed, is it as too hard to police. You should be setting the standard in support of the NHS not exploiting loopholes.

@lordoft88214642 @Carpetright I know. I hope it backfires it is such a blatant stretch and undermines the purpose of the lockdown. If they wanted to stay open solely for trade that would be different but allowing the general public in is a dangerous and greedy stance.

@Carpetright why are you staying open? You are not suppliers to the building trade really are you and definitely in the same way a builders merchants is. You are flouting the rules which will result in a longer lockdown.

@IKEAUKSupport just spent 40 mins waiting to get through. Traditional remote control pairing issue. When I did, your staff were totally unable to help. Suggested a replacement rather than go through any troubleshooting steps and then cut me off. You need to train staff properly.
