@SkyHelpTeam please can you help me! My sky q box won’t connect to my sky broadband box anymore. I’ve tried rebooting and unplugging it. It means I can’t even watch my tv upstairs. My phone and iPad connect to my broadband no problem.

@SkyHelpTeam for some reason my broadband keeps disconnecting from my tv. My WiFi seems to be working fine for my phone and tablet! I’ve tried rebooting but nothing. Occasionally it comes back on its own then disappears again. Any ideas? Both my tv and broadband are sky.
