Really disappointed with @lookfantastic. I returned an unopened unused item—seal intact yet they falsely claimed it had been used, “fluid on the rim” with no evidence. Ive spent ££ with them recently, and this is how they treat loyal customers?This is fraud & Not acceptable

@TfL its pretty ridiculous to arrive at Herons Wharf DLR and both escalator and lift to plat 1 are working. Yet the lifts and escalator on Plat2 are both working. This should be updated on the TFL website for those that have limited mobility to make alternative travel routes.

@wizzair 1/2 incredibly disappointed that I arrived at check in well before 3 hours before the flight. Told to check in online and unable to due to WiFi connection. By the time I returned to the desk I was informed the check in fee was significantly more but

3) @sainsburys Customer care handlers fobbed me off stating that I should have read the ingredients but the main label states the product is a grain salad - not a grain and seed salad. Misleading branding of the product #nuts #allergies

1) Is nuts a grain or a seed? A question I have for @sainsburys as a nut allergy sufferer. Purchased this product to find cashews in it. Quite irresponsible that there isn’t a clear sign stating that the product contains nuts. Yet I’m told I to read the packaging at the bottom

@mandmdirect I am disappointed that a return has been refused for a item that was bought as a gift for Christmas. Due to ill health the item has been delayed in being returned - just 5 days out from Xmas deadline. Credit note also refused. Joke!!!
