I wish I had something to Offer everyone but all I have to give is Jacob's love and his videos.

Jacob is recovering from stanford's longest child heart surgery. 30hr Pulmonary artery reconstruction.

I've made it my goal to have the whole world know who he is.

And I still believe that one day he will become viral and we will make everything we need.

But until then I need to keep working hard.

I would do anything for my baby boy.

@TheLeeMcLaren If walking and without major injury to the area, I wouldn't. However, a correctly placed pelvic binder has never been shown to cause harm to patients. If in doubt, place it and call it a day.

Too often we give it in patients with compensated shock, sepsis, some distributive process. Adenosine is safer imo

Jacob Had his first productive day playing since his 30+hr
Double pulmonary artery reconstruction.

Complicated Double Heart Surgery.

He was under anesthesia for 13 days and God a bad chest infection and had his chest open for a week.

Insurance denied him and we are struggling financially so badly that we are about to lose the house we are renting.

He not only has surgery costs but therapies, medications, and much more.

@MikePallaci @EMHighAK @emcrit @embouncebacks @HeySteveMD Push dose nitro has been a go to for me. Start off a 1mg slow IVP and jncrease depending on effect, up to 2-3mg. After getting blood pressure down to where you want it, then nitro drip for maintenence. Cardene if refractory to the nitro for the crazy cases
