@TheKouk We’re currently looking to purchase a house in Brisbane. In the 6-7 suburbs we are tracking, prices are approximately 10-15% down from the ‘peak’ a few months ago. For example: in our street, houses that that would have sold for 1m+ are now struggling to sell for $850k
