Flight in 4 hours. @AmericanAir overwrote my @AlaskaAir Mileage Plan number with an AAdvantage number — no consent, no notification. I'm Alaska Titanium. Now showing zero status.
This isn't a glitch. This is unauthorized modification of a customer's loyalty account. @DOT_OST @ABORDENFORSEN is this compliant with consumer protection regs?
@meetgranola This was such a bad decision. Honestly, the best thing that you could do is admit that you screwed up and revert to the old brand. What a waste of any sort of investment into your company. I've never seen such a stupid reason to lose value.
@meetgranola This is fundamentally one of the worst rebrands that I've ever seen. Congratulations on making me actively look for a replacement of an app that I would have never otherwise.

@Upwork I’m pretty annoyed about the podcast notification you sent today. I never opted into this. Whoever in marketing thought this was a good idea cost you business.
@chase@ChaseSupport I am on the verge of canceling my card if you can’t get @lyft to get these spam notifications to cease. It’s a total #abuse of #location data and the fact this has been around for months shows exactly the type of company you are. Please deal with this #ASAP.
@lyft@AskLyft what product/marketing manager thought these notifications were ok? And didn’t create an opt out? I constantly discuss with peers how much this makes us use uber when price is close:
