College football once had the best regular season in sports. Any week could eliminate a top contender
Last year, Ohio St lost to a 6-5 archrival and won a title
Now, Miami lost to 8-4 Louisville & 8-4 SMU and gets to play for a title in its own stadium
I hope not, but I am afraid another round of CFP expansion and five more years of this will make a lot of people view this as a one-month sport like basketball
Texas who…
1. Created the Longhorn Network which caused the 1st wave of realignment
2. Moved to the SEC, which caused the 2nd wave of realignment, which created unbalanced super conferences
is now upset because their tough schedule led to an unfavorable record.
Man, I remember when we ruined LSU’s playoff hopes. Conner Weigman was a redshirt freshman and he took this game over. Everyone knew that we had our next great qb, WHAT A TIME. That injury kind of threw him off in my opinion. @ConnerWeigman if you see this, please stay and become A&M’s next HEISMAN. If you are in favor of Conner Weigman staying repost this.👍
BJ Mayes (@dreadhead_bj) with a HYSTERICAL recounting of his INTs
1st one: "You see me right here. Ain't no way he finna throw that... but shi-- he threw it." 💀💀
2nd one: "I'm looking like - ain't no way he's fixin to throw this ball and he threw it. The rest is history." 😂
Biggest winner of this college football season thus far?
Texas A&M fans.
They staged a public revolt to not hire Mark Stoops, and it worked. Now, they have a good shot at making the playoff heading into November.
Kentucky with Stoops? A dumpster fire.
@stoolpresidente The casual will tell you javier’s but real ball knowers know to get the steak fajitas at las palmas. Mexican martini not a bad to wash it down.
The first thing Jim Schlossnagle should do is call the TexAgs reporter, Richard Zane, and apologize for insulting him about his question about the Longhorns' job after the defeat. Schlossnagle will never have any credibility again except in Austin.
