This man blocked my access to the @TLRailUK service while closing the barrier on me at Farringdon, preventing me collecting my children. I’m fuming! The power to avoid it was his & he took pleasure in denying it. His disdain is a credit to the service @TfLRail (@TfL). #heartless

@lawkas @TLRailUK @TfLRail @TfL I mean, literally on me. I was in the barrier. I explained the situation, that I was getting the next @TLRailUK service in 2mins to collect my children. The route to the platform was ~30metres. He refused. The other travellers behind me asked him to let me through. He refused.

@lawkas @TLRailUK @TfLRail @TfL There is a side entrance to access both TfL & Thameslink platforms @ Farringdon but TfL control the gate. If underground is disrupted they shut the gates & force access via a separate entrance adding ~300m to the platform in dense commuters. They closed the gate on me.
