@RioFluss @DrRiverSci1 I had to take a break from social media during the pandemic, I was living off the grid because its so hard to get K95s in my size. Spent a lot of time on the water. Great to reconnect at #jasm22
Just over two weeks left until we begin review of applications for our Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Change search at the Assistant Professor level - https://t.co/gqhJ4n4E9w. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the position or our department!
I'm recruiting a grad student (M.S. or Ph.D.) to join the Watershed Biogeochemistry lab at @UBGeology
in 2020! Research in the lab focuses on the role of water in controlling carbon and nutrient cycling in human-impacted ecosystems. More info: https://t.co/gy8Mgjg79I Please RT!
Please share: I am looking for 1-2 new graduate students to join my Freshwater Ecosystem Ecology group at Virginia Tech in 2020! https://t.co/R95KtKKf84

feeling frustrated b/c despite being the most well known tiny benthologist - it is entirely impossible to find waders in my size.... so many gowns but so few outfits for working in #stem
Thought I’d share my most recent sampling adventure with @BenthicKen as my first #benthcbarbierivertweet - this trip was a little unsafe in a too small boat, but we got some sweet estimates of gas evasion through these rapids.
That is so true! After 5 days of freshwater science at #2019SFS I am exhausted from all the intellectual stimulation and late night conversations. Time for a little self care on this holiday weekend.
So excited to finally be on twitter! Can’t wait to share all of my freshwater adventures this year with the twitterverse. On sabbatical this year and interested in visiting as many rivers as possible. Where should I go first??
