Insurance only been sorted today and now further 10 working days for them to sort the claim. Also when this occurred sofa was in warranty, now it’s no longer! Absolutely shocking! If the stain or smell isn’t sorted I expect a new sofa!!! @DFS @DFSCare 2/2

Absolutely shocking car from @DFS cardIff & @DFSCare our insurance wasn’t added to our policy, even though we paid for it. All call backs from store was ignored, escalated up & still stuck with an unusable sofa due to my cat urinating on it. 1/2
