The contributions of the indigenous people of Wisconsin are ever enduring and evolving, especially in the 74th Assembly District. Today, and every day, we strive to celebrate the indigenous cultures and communities that have shaped this country.

Recently, Legislative Republicans gaveled in and out of Governor Evers’ special session to create a pathway for voters to overturn the archaic 1849 abortion law by establishing binding referenda in Wisconsin.

Assembly Democrats showed up today at @GovEvers special session to give Wisconsinites a pathway to restore abortion rights.

When nearly 70% of Wisconsinites support access to reproductive care, we must listen and make the will of the people the law of the land.

Recently, @GovEvers announced his intention to convene a special session of the legislature on October 4th to allow the people of Wisconsin to put referenda on ballots and repeal Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion ban.
