@VictoriaCoren@OVOEnergy I DM messaged @OctopusEnergy a query at 8.30 on a Friday evening, they came back to me around 9.30 Friday evening with full useful advice and then checked in with me a few days later to check if I needed anymore assistance. They’ve always been great for us.
@AmazonHelp What’s the point in having things listed as same day delivery if you’re not going to fulfil that though? 24-48hrs late is unacceptable, I pay for prime delivery, and there is no sensible recourse when you fail to deliver the service you have offered!
@AmazonUK I’m grumpy about Prime delivery goods not showing up when they’re meant to, being delayed a day. Last couple have supposed to be same day or next day(Sunday) delivery, ordered with hrs left on the “order within the next” timer, and they don’t show until following day!
@Landi683 @PaulVealsReal @bobbyllew Of course if you were on an octopus ev tariff you’d be paying much less for your Ev electricity (around 8p/kWh) and you’d probably be switching your other heavy use activities like clothes and dish washing to the same off peak time. It might make it less of a worry.
@Landi683 @PaulVealsReal @bobbyllew The octopus app shows you what you’ve spent in a day, you could check it at start and end of charge if you wanted and they let you make one off payments… but it might be better to move that amount to a savings account ready for bill time (so you get interest) 1/2
@PlanningShit@WorcesterCivic With the current stuff coming out of government, if they stay here we will be seeing a lot more of this kinda thing. A lot, lot more.
@NickCraddy @OctopusEnergy@SpeakSarahSpeak@RobLihou For export they’re probably right, Octopus don’t want your even more excess energy today so I expect Agile Outgoing rate is rubbish. We switched from Agile Outgoing to fixed outgoing recently because export rates on agile have been poor, averaging around 8-9p/kWh
