Medical negligence by MANIPUR State Government against a Kuki man who was undertrial.
The accused suffered from piles and tuberculosis with severe back pain since last year but was denied medical accessibility because he belongs to the Kuki Community.
The supreme court recently passed an order, that the accused will be taken for examination at Gauhati Medical College in which the state government shall make necessary arrangements and bear all expenses.
