@DFS It would be good to know when I'm likely to hear from you about my mattress please. I'm 4 years into a 10 year guarantee, but I'm being told by your customer service team that I actually only had 2 years on the guarantee (even though the label clearly states 10 yrs!) Reply?
Dear @DFS. I bought a bed and a mattress from you 4 years ago and the mattress is now faulty. On the mattress it clearly states (as you can see) that it is under a 10 year guarantee and yet your customer services team tell me it's actually only a 2 year guarantee. Help advise!
@sainsburys Sorry to use twitter for this, but I have no other way of contacting you. My 7.30am - 8.30am delivery isn't here. I've had no phone call and your customer 'help' line still thinks it's yesterday when it wasn't in use. Please help me!
