I had the same horrible experience with @bookingcom when dealing with Infant ticket changes earlier this year. I will NEVER EVER USE @bookingcom again. BE WARNED!!

DO NOT USE @bookingcom They have the WORST customer service. I can't beleive they have enough $ to advertise during MLB playoffs when they can't even get someone to talk to you on the phone.

With @bookingcom I've gotten the response "We will get back to you in 48-72 hours". That was 10 days ago. When I tried contacting them again, they just say "Someone will get back to you." (via chat cause there is no phone number)

I’m so frustrated and disappointed in @BMOStadium. This is my home for @LAFC and @weareangelcity games. But they have a double header for @Concacaf @USWNT, and half the vendors are closed. I missed most of the first half waiting in line for pizzas and they ran out. Unacceptable.
