@RegenRandy@peptidepirate Why not? It's a better safe than sorry scenario.
It takes 5 minutes to guarantee you're in a sterile vial without unwanted bacteria
Everyone I trust in the peptide space for good info all suggest it @rorynotsorry@PeptideCritic Peptidetest etc
@RegenRandy@peptidepirate Really you should be filtering into fresh vials too so the process isn't much different. Just into a cart instead of a sterile vial
@peptidepirate It's funny to say since it's so obvious but yea Water + Electrolytes has done wonders for me.
I started to set reminders to stay hydrated because I could go most of the day without even thinking about being thirsty
Reta Journal: Week 9
Dose: 3mg
CW: 315.5
3mg feels like the sweet spot. Planning to stay here at least a month (hopefully longer) as long as the appetite suppression holds.
Still struggling to finish full meals, but I’m getting most of it down. Added an extra protein shake daily to help cover some of the calories I'm missing from the unfinished meal preps.
I started setting alarms to remind myself to drink water (and some @sportdrink) after I caught myself going majority of the day without drinking anything.
Also stocked up on 50 vials of r20 for $15/vial. Think that will last me quite awhile 😭 I'll post a nice pic of them once my hydrapeak inserts arrive
@RetaDiary We've been meal prepping 6 days of meals every sunday for a few months now.
My staples are very simple meals like you're describing but I also have a few I grab from https://t.co/TmNg8553mt to switch things up
@RetaDiary@mannyjplays Lol yep. I got down to like 220 on keto and once I got off it I slowly gained it back plus some as you can see since I got up to 350 eventually
@RetaDiary@mannyjplays Did you also do keto 15 years ago? 😂 it really killed how my brain thinks about carbs. I'm also still recovering from it after all this time
@500ghosts My gf loves reta bc of the lack of snoring 😂
I was on the verge of needing a c-pap before I started and the bit of weight loss I have so far seems to have stopped my snoring already
It’s pretty wild what life feels like without constant food noise
For most of my life, food consumed my thoughts, especially whenever I was stressed or bored
I would eat healthy meals, meal prep, and log everything in MyFitnessPal. Then nighttime would hit, and I would start snacking
Eventually, those snacks turned into full meals and 1am DoorDash orders that erased the progress I made all week
But now thanks to Reta, those late night cravings are completely gone
I eat the food I have planned during the day and move on
It’s a major win for my health, but it has also freed up a surprising amount of mental space to focus on more important things
@I_Research_Pept Yes anything is better than staying fat for the long haul.
From my experience alot of the junk eating and food noise is almost like a mental illness that gets wiped away from reta. Leaving you just wanting to eat regular food and move on with your day
@RetaDiary@DeanTTraining Get a handful of different seasonings / sauces and you can rotate through them forever and it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing everyday
Week 8 of Reta done
CW: 319.1 lbs
Dose: 4mg
I went up to 4mg this week and it straight kicked my ass
Appetite suppression hit HARD & it was a battle to finish even a single meal all week
Will be dropping down to 3mg to see if I can ride that out for awhile
