Can't compare housing in a now-fully developed area to that same house 40 years ago when the area was underdeveloped

@GrulkeLamonte Gotcha. So it's more that you are using it to segment the P&L or do Job Costing. That's a good idea. Next step would be to push some of that labeling back into QB so you can leverage its built in reporting tools even more. The manual aspects of bookkeeping are such a time sink.

Occasionally it gets the numbers close enough to make trading in worth it. This time, it's obviously still a great use of time to have sold privately.
