@pamilerin I thank God for the upbringing. We don't eat like hoodlums 🤣🤣 in my house. We eat early but in small quantities. I may not even eat but give me snacks and I'll be fine

@pamilerin It was when I left my home that I knew his heavy people consume food. While growing up, we took 2 slices if bread with tea and we were fine. Visited my cousins and one person ate a whole 1k loaf of bread. I screamed. I use the smallest salad bowls used in eateries to pack my food
