Following breakthrough results, we’re bringing longevity medicine to human trials.
We’ve raised a $435M Series C led by @foundersfund to make it happen.
Reprogramming cell age has the potential to create more healthy years for everyone. We're closer than ever to realizing it.
Exclusive: A longevity biotech co-founded by Coinbase’s CEO more than tripled in value to $3.1 billion—before its drugs begin human testing https://t.co/IsXMAicwH6
Aging is arguably the root cause of most major diseases (loss of function in our cells). Four years ago, we made a bet that aging was treatable, and NewLimit was born.
NewLimit now has a prototype drug that reverses the age of some human cells (restores function they had when they were younger), and a clinical trial scheduled for next year (with more drug candidates in the pipeline).
Grateful to Founders Fund, Thrive, Greenoaks, and the rest of the investors for this latest round. @jacobkimmel and the team are just getting started.
The global wearable technology market was valued at $92.9 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $230 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 12.1%.
Wearables are essential biohacking infrastructure. They deliver real-time data (HRV, sleep, recovery, stress) for data-driven “n=1” self-experimentation.
As the market grows with better sensors and AI, biohackers get more powerful, affordable tools to optimize longevity, performance, and health.
Bottom line: Expanding wearables = better biohacking.

My latest article is about the little blue pill.
Specifically, it's about whether it'll make you live longer.
It does a lot of great things, but it doesn't look like it extends lifespans.
Link below.
if you're under 50 and you stay healthy, i think you will live to 150 years old minimum
the medical singularity is happening.
just in the past 2 months alone:
> revmed's pancreatic cancer drug (daraxonrasib) doubled survival in the deadliest cancer there is, 13.2 months vs 6.7 on chemo. it got a standing ovation from 40k+ doctors at the world's biggest cancer conference
> a one-time gene editing infusion (verve-102) permanently switched off the gene that drives bad cholesterol and cut it up to 62% from a single dose. one and done, no daily pill for life
> a lung cancer pill (lorlatinib) kept 60% of patients with spread cancer progression-free at 5 years. the longest anyone has ever held back a metastatic solid tumor with a single drug
> mayo built an ai that catches pancreatic cancer on routine ct scans up to 3 years before doctors can. it spotted 73% of the earliest cases vs 39% for human radiologists
> lilly's new weight loss drug (retatrutide) hit up to 30% body weight loss in its big phase 3 trial, and along the way it cut knee arthritis pain by 76% and dropped bad cholesterol about 20%
and we are still just at the beginning of the exponential
call me crazy but i'm a believer when Demis hassabis says we will cure all disease in the next 10 years
Prediction:
We once had countries racing to be the first to reach the Moon.
Soon, we’ll see countries competing to be the first to develop the anti-aging vaccine.
