PRACTICE WITH PURPOSE
"What's your purpose for your practice? I practiced to be the best ever. So, every time I walked on that field I had a purpose for my practice."

“When they saLmon with the “L”, I don’t like how the server looks at them”
Some conversations are hard to have with the people you love. You’re afraid your words might create a rift in the relationship.
Money conversations. Respect conversations. Even political opinions can get uncomfortable.
But if we’re being honest, nothing has been tougher than looking grown adults dead in the eye and saying…
“Guys… the ‘L’ in salmon is silent.”

Nico Paz with the IQ play on the elite level; to anticipate, intercept, start the transition and developing it by creating gravity and progressing with the perfect assist against Inter. @slawekmorawski@mfbnTV
Havertz wins a throw-in at +5:12, hands it to Mosquera at +5:25, hands it to Rice for the long throw-in at +5:46.
Win a corner from the throw-in at +5:55. Saka begins to put the ball down at +6:25.
The entire first half. A set-piece clock is needed. 10s
Chelsea fans trolling Arsenal more than the other clubs combined on my timeline. Wonder if it’s a London thing with the big 👂 trophy only being at the blues? It could get heated next season with one game a week and fellow Spanish manager Alonso at the helm.

PSG manager Luis Enrique spittin nothing but facts about Arsenal tonight…
Given the decision to penalise Alphonso Davies for handball in last week’s game and award Paris Saint-Germain a penalty, the failure to punish Joao Neves this evening baffled — and infuriated — Allianz Arena.
Neves’ touch was inadvertent and it was from a rushed clearance made by Vitinha, his own teammate, but his arm was extended out from his body.
Waving away the Bayern protests, the referee seemed to indicate that the ball struck Neves high on the arm, near the shoulder, but it was closer to his forearm and seemed a more blatant incident than the one that occurred at Parc des Princes.
But according to the current interpretation of the law, the referee got the decision right, even if the reasons why were not communicated entirely clearly.
If a handball occurs after the ball is kicked by one of the culpable player’s team-mates then there is an exemption.

Semenyo vs Hincapié: Scissors to force a reaction.
•Touches towards the hips to engage.
•Scissors to trigger a reaction/disrupt footwork.
•Eyes on feet → shifts out as Hincapié adjusts.
1 scissor was enough in clip 1.
In clip 2, no bite → adds a 2nd
