L’Assemblée nationale a adopté un amendement de Jean Philippe Tanguy (RN) rétablissant l’ancien régime de l’exit tax.

En 2019, le délai de contrôle avait été réduit de 15 ans à 2 ans pour les contribuables quittant la France avec des actions ou participations importantes.

🔴 L’amendement adopté revient à un suivi de 15 ans :
- calcul de la plus-value latente au départ
- déclaration annuelle obligatoire
- si les titres sont conservés pendant toute la période → pas d’impôt
- en cas de cession avant la fin → l’impôt s’applique

On appelle ça "lutte contre l’évasion fiscale". Concrètement, c’est surtout : "si tu pars, on te tient par le col pendant une décennie et demie".
