@lagerpowered@rc_woods@breakfasttv I'm a teacher in one of the boards and I'm super disappointed because I purchased a class set of eclipse glasses for my class and we've already started talking about it. This would have been an incredible learning opportunity.
@CourtneyLiscum@ScotiabankHelps@AuthorRSPaul This is us too! We were trying to buy groceries and couldn't! Everything declined! Started to panic thinking our account had been cleaned out, and then just annoyed because we can't pay for anything. So many places are cashless now too!
If you want to know how grossly incompetent #Rogers is, just consider that the whole world is talking about the outage but thereโs absolute radio silence on all their social media feeds.
#Rogers@RogersHelps@rogers every year there is an outage. And yet these rats wants us to pay MORE MONEY in 2024 for unreliable service? Fkn scam artists!!!!!
@SARJMAYO @MVanevery3@munakadri My own growth? Yeah, no. I have to pay for pencils, markers, paper, glue, and resource manuals so I can properly teach. A teacher shouldn't be supplying basic consumables required to teach, and that includes the multiple boxes of tissues and bottles of soap we use each week
@MVanevery3 @SARJMAYO @munakadri Every grade one teacher on my team has just dropped $140 to buy the UFLI manual because the board has not provided resources to support the new curriculum. Can't even tell you how much of my own $ I've spent over the years because of the lack of resources and basic supplies
@bigraggu@CityNewsTO Please. Behavior like this has been around since before the pandemic. I'm glad that this child will be held accountable and hopefully receive the help they clearly need.
@Ms_Paperclips@ETFOpresident Absolutely agree! What about schools with late starts? Some Peel schools don't end until 3:45 and getting down to the CAA Centre by 4:30 in rush hour traffic is impossible. Online voting happened before. Why not now??
