@BritishGas 4 weeks after laying a complaint, there has been no communication or resolution on my account. A huge amount has just been taken out of my account without authorisation. Atrocious service. Contacting @WhichUK for advice now.

@BritishGasHelp 4 weeks after being told there is an error on my account I still have not had a resolution or even a returned call. Worst service I have ever experienced.

@BritishGas 3 weeks after receiving an eye wateringly high bill, BG is still telling me it’s ‘pending’ even though I’ve been told it’s an error. Most atrocious lack of care for customers that I have ever experienced. Nobody helping. No managers to talk to. Horrendous.

@O2 I called customer service to change over a number. They told me to restart my phone and now I have no service. I’ve spent over an hour on the support chat and their only advice was to rest network settings and that I will now wait up to 5 working days for a reply.

The whole reason Opera North was created was as a representation of English National Opera for the North of England .

@DeliverooHelp ordered a cake for child’s birthday party. Driver called when I was waiting at collection point. Told me he couldn’t get to the address so had parked up 10 min walk away. I was at work and couldn’t leave. I’ve been told I’m not getting a refund. Happy with this?
