@OptionsOptimaX 💯 for me it is:
Stock I am OK to own / wheel at certain price -> sell put
Stock at attractive level and don’t want to miss out -> buy stock and sell put (and maybe sell call on small part into a covered strangle)
Stock EXTREMELY undervalued -> buy leaps call
