@SkyHelpTeam Recognises issue abs booked engineer for tomorrow. However now recording outage in my area on the Sky service checker-but that just says sorry, you won’t be able to get on line not what is happening. As others are complaining too - sounds like a network issue so ?time for fix?

@SkyHelpTeam Had already completed all of those prior to my text and reported the issue to the service line which completed line check etc and agreed there was an issue. May be fixed by now as not at home, but lots of reports on downdetector of sky outage in my area this am-can you confirm?

-> All patients on ICU are clinically vulnerable by the very nature of their acute illness. So includes ICU or not?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. What is happening with your internet provision in Hampshire? Been so intermittent to not be usable today especially with a tunnelled secure connection. And looking at Downdetector, your status page should also not say there is no problem in the area!
