You know the worst thing is I had been accused of something I didn’t do. The call did happen and the rider didn’t for 30mins!

Placed an order that never arrived, due to the rider didn’t manage to get my order from restaurant, so he called me and we chatted and he said he would return to the restaurant and get it.
But he never came back.

And every time I tried to find someone to help, they just ignored all my requests, screenshots and rejected to look into the case for me, and it’s 1 week past 🤦‍♂️

Very disappointing, it used to be very nice and efficient, but now both riders and drivers service are just not good

Then I raised a help issue, but the support team just closed my request and saying I didn’t picked up the call from rider for 30mins but that’s not true, I did pick it up 3 times and have a conversation with him.
But instead of checking it for me they just closed my ticket.

@BritishGas Well, I have to refund at the end, because there is no ways I wait for 3 months for another appointment that might not been attended again. And it’s during the winter time, the peak season.

@BritishGas I have booked a boiler service a month before, and I have just been told 2 days before the appointment, the service cannot be carried on until 3 months later due to high emergency call out in my area.

What a scam?!
The company only choose high value return customer!

There is a big banner in ubereats ad
And it’s not working when I was trying to add promo code during checkout.
So I end up paying full price for delivery, and uber eats refuse to refund delivery fee for me

@Uber_Support I don’t think so, your team basically say they cannot refund the delivery fee for me
So I had been told the price is free in both email and banner inside the app
And the promocode was keep saying it cannot be used. I have to pay full price

It’s not an acceptable situation here.

I ordered from uber eats, was expecting free delivery from mcdonald, with this big banner saying using code BRINGIT4FREE
guess what, I CANNOT used the code in checkout, keep saying try again later
And I end up paying 3.99 delivery fee!!
