I love when you are in a chat on the Vodafone website and the agent can’t provide an answer to a question, so they kill the chat. I even said I was concerned about the issue.

There is no recognition of the loyalty of 10+ years of being a STH.
I hope it is just poor communication and no a belief that STH will just accept this poor treatment.

@MarkForan I have asked several people who are way smarter than me to explain the benefits of a share buyback scheme. Nobody has given me a valid explanation. There is only one group that benefits
@adrianweckler Are you talking about the “always on” broadband that disconnects every night between 11 and 11:30? No, the packet loss and throughput is still terrible.
