I'm a leather worker who also dabbles in greenwood working, pole lathe turning and willow basketry, using traditional and modern hand and foot powered tools.
I just spent over an hour on phone to @TalkTalk. They finally agreed they were in the wrong and will credit my account £84.95. I have to phone back in 24 hours to ask for that credit to be refunded to my bank account! Much effort to get back what was wrongfully taken from me.
I've been on the phone to @talktalk for an hour now. I managed to be refunded for an engineer call-out (they acknowledge they shouldn't have charged me) but they're still trying to charge me for a delivery of a replacement router for their faulty one. Unfair. Unhelpful.
I complained to @talktalk for charging me an extra £85 to replace a faulty router and for having an engineer tell them the router was faulty. They haven't got back to me yet (3 weeks). Very poor customer service. I would leave and go to @bt_uk if I wasn't trapped in a contract 😠
If anyone's thinking of going with @TalkTalk@TalkTalkGroup for their broadband then don't. They're support is not 24/7. No Internet since Sunday. 6 hours in chat and phone calls with them and finally they agreed to send new router, arriving in 2 to 3 days time. Rubbish.
I don't like the smell of damp viburnum either @PippaGreenwood! Anyone else? @BBCGQT I thought it was something to do with beetle larvae excretions!...? 🤧
