ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਆਈਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਕ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਰੋਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ।
ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ.ਆਈ.ਪੀ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮਦਦ, ਉੱਚੇ ਓਹਦੇ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ - ਸੁਮੇਧ ਸੈਣੀ, ਇਜ਼ਹਾਰ ਆਲਮ, ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ, ਉਮਰਾਨੰਗਲ, ਮੋਹੰਮਦ ਮੁਸਤਫਾ ਆਦਿ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਓਹਦੇ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ , ਜਦਕਿ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸ਼ੀਏ ਤੋਂ ਧੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਤੰਗ-ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ।
ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਰਾਹ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਫਰਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ| ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੱਬ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਧਰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹੱਤਿਆਵਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਦੋਸ਼ ਫ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਮੁੱਚਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵੱਲ ਇਸ ਆਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਡਰਤਾ, ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ । ਅਸੀਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ
1. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 80 ਅਤੇ 90 ਦੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ , ਲਾਵਾਰਿਸ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲੋਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
2. ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ, ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹਨ।
3. ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਲੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੇ।

ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਕੀਤਾ , ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਨਕਰ ਹੋਏ , ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਚਹਿਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਬਾਈਕਾਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਾਡੇ ਇਸ ਤੀਜੇ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਰੋਟੀਆਂ ਸੇਕਣ ਲਈ ਨਾ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਬਲਕੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਜ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਜਾਵੇ - ਇਹੋ ਹੀ ਲਾਵਾਰਿਸ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

Are These Not Enough Evidence?

-In 2023, the Canadian government expelled six Indian diplomats from Canada. It is evident that they were accused of engaging in improper activities on Canadian soil.

-A senior official from the United Kingdom’s intelligence services personally travelled to Canada and handed over highly classified documents to Canadian authorities. According to these documents, Indian agents were allegedly recorded in the UK discussing and claiming responsibility for a conspiracy to assassinate Bhai Hardeep Singh Nijjar. It was after receiving this intelligence that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stated in Parliament that agents of the Government of India were involved in Nijjar’s killing.

-Indian national Nikhil Gupta has admitted guilt in a U.S. court, acknowledging that India’s external intelligence agency, RAW, tasked him with arranging the assassination of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. However, he was caught in a U.S. law enforcement sting operation.

-Vikas Yadav, an alleged RAW operative based in New Delhi, was identified as Nikhil Gupta’s handler. The United States has declared him wanted and is seeking his extradition.

-In the U.S. court proceedings, Nikhil Gupta acknowledged that he facilitated a video call between an undercover U.S. agent and RAW officials based in New Delhi. Evidence of those communications has been presented before the court.

-Lawrence Bishnoi, who has been held under high security Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat, gave two media interviews from inside prison. No action was taken against him or against the journalist, Jagwinder Patial, who conducted the interviews. Although a court in Punjab took notice of the matter, the judge hearing the case was subsequently replaced.

-The United States deported Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of Lawrence Bishnoi. However, India’s Ministry of Home Affairs allegedly did not allow state governments, including Maharashtra, to obtain his custody for questioning in connection with major murder cases such as those of Baba Siddique and Sidhu Moosewala.
A chargesheet filed in the United States names Punjab Police officer Gurinderjit Singh Nagra, alleging that he was involved in an extortion scheme targeting individuals in the United States.

-Despite all of this, supporters of the Sangh-linked IT cells and bots (working at 2 Rs per comment on X) continue to ask, “Where is the evidence that India was involved?” They openly deny that there was any role at all.

Are these not enough evidence?

People won’t forget that in 2023–2024, these very same handles were proudly claiming responsibility for the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar on social media, using the slogan “Ghus Ke Marenge” (“We will enter your territory to kill”).

These same handles openly abused Trudeau, hailed Lawrence Bishnoi as their hero, and even raised “Bishnoi Zindabad” slogans in Canadian Hindu temples. Now that the United States is cracking down on the Bishnoi gang, they have suddenly deserted Bishnoi and are pretending they were never associated with him.

Written reports by the RCMP and CSIS still acknowledge India’s role and continue to identify India as one of the countries engaged in transnational repression that poses a threat to people living in Canada.

These Sangh supporters, IT Cells, bots do not appear ashamed of repeating falsehoods because, this has been their long-standing approach from centuries : repeat a lie often enough in the hope that it will eventually be accepted as truth. In many cases, this strategy succeeds because the narrative is built on repetition, and they believe this method has worked for centuries.

Their ancient literature even contains examples explaining how such tactics can be employed. One such example (confession) about setting this type of narrative can be found in the video posted along with this tweet.

The U.S. indictments naming Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar in connection with the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Extortions & Shootings is giving clear indication towards the role of the Indian government.

For Sikh/Punjabi community, This is the moment to recognize the hard work of Canada's security and law enforcement agencies—including but not limited to the @rcmpgrcpolice, @CSIS, @CanBorder, INSET, and municipal and regional police services @PeelPolice, @surreyps, @VancouverPD, @edmontonpolice, @CalgaryPolice etc., as well as Canadian journalists who have continued to investigate these issues fairly. Their efforts to protect public safety and examine allegations of transnational repression deserve acknowledgment.

Canadian security agencies have publicly stated on multiple occasions that they believe agents of the Indian government were involved in criminal activities targeting individuals in Canada.

In my view, the federal government under Prime Minister Mark Carney @MarkJCarney has not responded with the same level of public resolve on the safety of Sikh/Punjabi Canadians as was shown by former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. @JustinTrudeau

To me, it looks like now RCMP and CSIS are relying on the US to punish these criminals.

Community should be thankful to the @FBI and other US security agencies for taking bold and much needed steps towards public safety.

It is ironic that leader of the BJP is praising a film his party banned in cinemas to limit its audience, thereby forcing its producers to release it on OTT platform. Where it’s asy to copy, producers will hardly recover their cost.

Khalra Sahib was silenced in 1995 by the Congress, and his voice is still silenced in 2026 by BJP. Nothing changed.

Following the release of Panjab 95 (Satluj) we remember Sikh human right’s activist, Sardar Jaswant Singh Khalra who was abducted by the Panjab Police from their Amritsar home in 1995, whilst investigating & unearthing the impunity Panjab Police killed a generation of Sikhs with.
