@alieninsect I'm about a third of the way into the Audible version. The writing is absolutely stellar, the narration superb, and the content - well I thought I already knew all this territory, but I was wrong. A perfect book, in every respect.
@danielbrottman@_Gloaming_ There is some interesting material in Spotify playlists by user Innerbloom Healing that is a good fit for this. e.g.:

Thanks for the pointer. Piano Nights is great (as is everything else I've checked so far...)
@CharlesCMann@TheHistoryOfTh2 I hot whacked for three days by the second shingles shot. The first was 48 hours and the COVID vaccinations have also whacked me though not as bad as shingrix. Maybe I’m an outlier but I wouldn’t combine vaccinations. I’d stagger them.
@HamiltonMorris You might want to follow that up with The Master And His Emissary by Iain McGilchrist. If it is too much to read, you can always use it for biceps curls (it is a weighty tome in all ways). His interview with Sam Harris is an excellent opening to the book.
@tferriss Would love to hear you interview Daniel Ingram. Amir Giles' recent podcast with him talking about psychedelics and meditation is well worth a listen. Perhaps it will seed motivation for your conversation with him. Wishing you well brother

@DominicLongpre9@Iceman_Hof I would like to add to this: What is your personal breathing practice like - how many rounds to typically perform in a session?
