I'm sorry, but email marketers spending most of their time A/B testing on databases less than 2M are probably wasting their time.
The large majority of tests do not have statistical significance, and it would take a long time to get there if there was.
@neilwirving@thejustinwelsh The short of it is I figured out output that matters, I communicate a ton, and price myself at a junior-ish level but deliver senior quality. Take on 3-4 clients at that level
@NickB2005 This is obviously nuanced but I think it's better for the leadership person to own the outcome and for the individual contributors to own the output.
The leader makes sure to tie it all together. That's just me, though.
