@chiaijonathan@ClifftonCane@statmuse That's not good enough because a bunch of idiot media voters decided that guarding LeBron was more important than being the guy who makes the whole team work by making the rest of the team play a 4v3.
@DFWAlex2289@BleacherReport Teamwise, yes. I'm saying Luka in particular. If he buys in on defense he could be all-time great instead of the next James Harden. I see flashes, so he can definitely get there.
Kidd did an amazing job with that team defense!
@DFWAlex2289@BleacherReport I agree. Mavs were competitive, but still classy. Big change from the previous series.
I really think the Mavs would benefit from Luka getting some help, but also buying in to defense a little more, and pushing the play a little.
@lennoxc @KevinOConnorNBA So because they don't want a 6'2" pg to guard Luca Doncic, he's bad defensively?
The Warriors put players where they can best succeed on defense. Sometimes, he guards PGs, sometimes he doesn't. No matter what you say, he is a good defensive player at this point of his career.
@lennoxc @KevinOConnorNBA Steph is atrocious on defense? Never been true, and he's become much better with age. At his worst he was average. Look at some defensive stats this year.
Wow, they got it right! #stephcurry#Warriors
Wiggins and Looney were amazing, but I'm glad the voters didn't follow the Twitter narrative and gave it to the guy who was their best player almost every game of the series.
Congrats to the Mavs. Great season, great future. Loses with class, like Denver. If next season either of those teams beats the #Warriors I'll probably root for them to win it all. Nothing but good things to say.
Memphis, the opposite.
